1. Vehicle Passes and Registration: Vehicle Passes and Registrations are not required an Selfridge Air National Guard Base.  Military ID is checked at the gate and is all that is required for entry.  The Detroit Arsenal which is nearby in Warren requires Visitor passes for each visit.

2. Identification (ID) Cards:

a. Selfridge ANGB Military, Civilian, and Employee ID Cards can be obtained through the Pass and ID Office Bldg 906.  They can also be issued through the various military branch's personnel offices.  To obtain more information about a convenient location nearest you please call (586) 307-4924 or stop in at Bldg 301, Room 218 on Wednesdays from 0900-1500 hours.

b. Other ID Card Centers:  Please call (586) 307-4794 for a complete list of alternate ID card centers.

Birth certificate for children under 23

Marriage certificate for spouse

Letter from college registrar stating student is full-time (12 or more credits) if over 21 and under 23

DD form 214 Separation / Retirement Orders for PDRL / TDRL

DD Form 1300 (for active duty deceased)-MADATORY

Death Certificate (RET / PDRL / TDRL)-MADATORY

Legal Assistance

The U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Office is located at the U.S. Army TACOM Building and230, Room 210C, Warren MI and may be reached at (586) 574-5120.  Appointments are available on Tuesday and Thursday only, you must call to schedule an appointment.  There are no walk-in services except to obtain a power-of-attorney (Monday-Friday, 0800-1130; you are encouraged to phone ahead to ensure that a civilian notary is available).

Avtive Duty personnel have priority over family members, retirees, and reserve personnel.  Retirees and Reservists may still call for an appointment with Reserve JAG Officers who are usually available on the 1st and 3rd weekends of each month.
